Welcome to Trinity Christian School, a small but dynamic school on the west side of Keene, New Hampshire. We serve Christian families from near and far distances, including Vermont and central New Hampshire. Our families attend different churches, but we all value high-quality education and families sharing Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Good News that God loves and saves us.
I invite you to make an appointment to visit our campus to learn more about the opportunities our school provides. In a very secular society, we practice virtues that develop servant-leaders capable of following Christ and performing God's purposes in their lives. We strive for knowledge, understanding, and wisdom to assist our families, students, and congregations in growing stronger communities.
My wife and I have 3 adult children, and I have served as teacher and principal in Hawaii, California, Kenya, Florida, New York, and New Hampshire. Over 41 years, I have taught grades 3-13 in public and Christian schools, served on 16 accreditation teams from Guam to California, and enjoyed working with children and adults while learning every day.
I look forward to meeting you, answering questions, and working together in developing the values of a Christian school education.
Yours in Christ,
George Evensen, School Principal

Greetings and Salutations,
This is my sixth year teaching at Trinity Christian School. I taught fourth grade for the first three years, and now I am the second grade teacher. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and one in Mathematics from Keene State College. I am also a certified teacher in the state of New Hampshire.
I love watching students get the spark of interest and especially when they struggle or show disinterest but eventually overcome the challenges and get the satisfaction of succeeding. When students share their faith or their struggles and articulate the Word of God, I get the warm and fuzzy feeling of being part of His plan. I enjoy working with families as a partner in helping their children practice character and faith.
My favorite BIble verse is: Psalm 31:24 "Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord."
We have an exciting year awaiting, designed to promote and enhance growth and development in your child. This important year will be filled with discovery and joy, as your child works and plays in an environment that is warm, safe and challenging.
They will learn about Jesus and His amazing love for them and what that means. You probably know that they will learn how to read, write, and problem solve, but did you also know that they will become brave explorers, growing in kindness, confidence, and perseverance? You will learn that in my class we work hard, play hard and have fun. We like to exercise our bodies, minds and hearts while playing, running, dancing, building, drawing, singing, enjoying books, and solving challenges. Our adventures will take us exploring inside our classroom, on the playground and in the woods.
Teaching is a joyful feast of discovery and fun, where so many things are possible! I am privileged to share God’s love with your children and help them discover His amazing world. This will be my 28th year of teaching.
I pray that you all have summers that are safe and fun. Please come to the Open House on August 22, 2019, either 11:00-12:00 am or 5:30-6:30 pm. During these times, your child can check out their new classroom, see friends, and their teacher.
See you soon!
In His love, Mrs. Cobb

Pre-K students have pure and tender hearts and teaching young children is a wonderful blessing. Sharing the love of Jesus with my young students is the best part of my day!
It is a great joy to teach at Trinity Christian School, where I've taught preschoolers for the past 8 years. I have a BA from Penn State University and Masters in Education fro the The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY.
I live in Keene, NH with my husband, two children, and a tenacious Jack Russell terrier.
My faith and trust in Jesus keeps me grounded and one of my favorite Bible verses is from Isaiah 54:10: "Though the mountains fall away and the hills be shaken, my love shall never fall away from you nor my covenant of peace be shaken, says the Lord, who has mercy on you."
